To dispatch a tech, write your range, invoice the job and honour the warranty. Job photos protect you and us if anything is questioned later.
03Who sees it
Our dispatch and the tech on your job. Our accounting software and payment processor see what they need to bill you. Nobody else, and nothing is sold.
04How long
Job records for seven years (tax law). Site logs for ninety days.
05Your choices
Email us and we'll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it where the law lets us. Marketing texts stop the moment you reply STOP.
06Cookies
One session cookie so the site works, anonymous analytics with no cross-site tracking. No ad pixels.
