TrueFlow started in 2009 in a rented bay off Ironworks Avenue with one van, one licence and a rule: the number on the phone is the number on the invoice.
Sixteen years later it's eleven trucks and twenty-three people, and the rule hasn't moved. Every tech is licensed, every quote is written before the wrench, and the owner still takes the 2am line two nights a week.
We don't run a call centre. We don't sell a furnace to fix a $180 igniter. We do the job you'd want done in your own house, and we photograph it so you can see it.
